Our Process

Quality & Testing

Testing Process

01

Synthesis Verification

Each peptide is synthesized using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) with Fmoc chemistry. Crude material
is analyzed by LC-MS to confirm molecular weight and sequence integrity.

02

Purification

Preparative HPLC purification ensures removal of truncated sequences, deletion peptides, and other synthetic
impurities. Multiple purification passes may be performed to achieve target purity.

03

Analytical HPLC

Purified material is analyzed by reverse-phase analytical HPLC using UV detection at 214nm and 280nm. Peaks are integrated to calculate purity percentage.

04

Mass Spectrometry

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms exact molecular weight. High-resolution MS may
be used for additional structural confirmation.

05

Independent Verification

A representative sample from each batch is sent to an independent, accredited third-party laboratory for blind
verification. Results must match in-house data.
