Processing Times
Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it is handed over to our courier for dispatch. Our standard processing window is 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
- During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you of any delays by email.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

All transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. SEVIA cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, though we work with our courier partners to meet these windows consistently.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are calculated from the point of dispatch. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us about a late delivery, as most parcels arrive within this range.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping and 1–2 business days via express.
- International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days via standard shipping and 3–7 business days via express, depending on destination country.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time beyond the estimates above.
- Public holidays in your country may cause courier delays that are outside our control.
- Customs clearance for international shipments may add 1–5 business days in some regions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the total weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment.

Free shipping thresholds apply to the product subtotal after any discount codes are applied, and before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met — no code required.
Order Tracking
All SEVIA orders include tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@sevia.com and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.
International Orders
We are pleased to ship SEVIA products to customers worldwide. International orders follow the same careful processing and packing standards as domestic orders. Please read the following before placing an international order.
- Customs duties and import taxes may be levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
- SEVIA has no control over customs processes or delays at the border. We cannot predict or be held responsible for the duration of customs clearance in any country.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are legal to import in your country. Orders seized by customs due to local import restrictions are not eligible for refund.
- We declare all shipments accurately on customs documentation. We are unable to under-declare values or mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.
- If an international parcel is returned to us by customs or postal authorities due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund of the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipments can be delayed or encounter issues in transit. Here is what to do in each scenario.
Packaging
We take pride in the presentation and integrity of every SEVIA shipment. Our packaging is designed to protect your order during transit while reflecting the quality of the products inside.
- All orders are packed in sturdy outer cartons with appropriate protective materials to prevent movement and damage during transit.
- We use discreet, unmarked outer packaging for all shipments. The contents of your order are not visible or described on the exterior of the parcel.
- SEVIA is committed to reducing environmental impact. We use recyclable and minimal packaging materials wherever possible without compromising product protection.
- Gift packaging is available on selected orders. If you would like your order presented as a gift, select the gift wrap option at checkout or note your request in the order comments field.
- For fragile or delicate items, additional protective wrapping is applied as standard at no extra cost.
