We ship to most countries worldwide and partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable, trackable delivery at every step. All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch.

Processing Times

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it is handed over to our courier for dispatch. Our standard processing window is 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
  • During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you of any delays by email.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Business Days Defined
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Our team does not dispatch orders on national public holidays.

All transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. SEVIA cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, though we work with our courier partners to meet these windows consistently.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the point of dispatch. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us about a late delivery, as most parcels arrive within this range.

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping and 1–2 business days via express.
  • International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days via standard shipping and 3–7 business days via express, depending on destination country.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time beyond the estimates above.
  • Public holidays in your country may cause courier delays that are outside our control.
  • Customs clearance for international shipments may add 1–5 business days in some regions.
Delays Due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control
SEVIA is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier disruptions, extreme weather events, natural disasters, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to monitor your shipment and find a resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the total weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment.

Free shipping thresholds apply to the product subtotal after any discount codes are applied, and before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met — no code required.

Free Shipping Note
Free shipping is fulfilled using our Standard shipping method. If you require faster delivery, express shipping charges will apply regardless of order value. Free shipping thresholds and eligibility may be updated periodically — the rates shown at checkout are always current.

Order Tracking

All SEVIA orders include tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number for reference.

Order Dispatched
Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your unique tracking number and courier details.

Track Your Parcel
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to monitor your parcel's progress. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Attempted
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification card or attempt redelivery. Follow the courier's instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Order Delivered
Your order is delivered and the tracking status updates to confirm receipt. Please inspect your parcel promptly and report any issues within 48 hours.

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@sevia.com and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.

International Orders

We are pleased to ship SEVIA products to customers worldwide. International orders follow the same careful processing and packing standards as domestic orders. Please read the following before placing an international order.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may be levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • SEVIA has no control over customs processes or delays at the border. We cannot predict or be held responsible for the duration of customs clearance in any country.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are legal to import in your country. Orders seized by customs due to local import restrictions are not eligible for refund.
  • We declare all shipments accurately on customs documentation. We are unable to under-declare values or mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.
  • If an international parcel is returned to us by customs or postal authorities due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund of the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.

Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipments can be delayed or encounter issues in transit. Here is what to do in each scenario.

Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window, contact us with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the courier within 1 business day.
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking updates can lag by up to 24 hours. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, please reach out and we'll follow up with the courier.

Missed Delivery
If no one was home, the courier will leave a card or send a notification. Follow their redelivery instructions promptly — uncollected parcels may be returned to us after a set holding period.

Lost in Transit
If an investigation confirms your parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Lost parcel claims can be raised after 10 business days past the latest estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. SEVIA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@sevia.com — we can attempt to intercept the shipment if it has not yet been dispatched.

Packaging

We take pride in the presentation and integrity of every SEVIA shipment. Our packaging is designed to protect your order during transit while reflecting the quality of the products inside.

  • All orders are packed in sturdy outer cartons with appropriate protective materials to prevent movement and damage during transit.
  • We use discreet, unmarked outer packaging for all shipments. The contents of your order are not visible or described on the exterior of the parcel.
  • SEVIA is committed to reducing environmental impact. We use recyclable and minimal packaging materials wherever possible without compromising product protection.
  • Gift packaging is available on selected orders. If you would like your order presented as a gift, select the gift wrap option at checkout or note your request in the order comments field.
  • For fragile or delicate items, additional protective wrapping is applied as standard at no extra cost.
Discreet Delivery
All SEVIA orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on shipping labels reads "SEVIA" — our brand name will not appear on the exterior. The nature of the contents is not indicated anywhere on the outside of the parcel.
